The REALITY
By the time we find them, it's already bad.
Street animals are rarely handled by humans. A dog with a fractured leg or infected wound can go unnoticed for days until their condition becomes critical.
Vaikuntha exists to be the intervention that comes before it’s too late — and the care that stays until it’s genuinely over.
01 – Wounds and fractures
From the street to the recovery ward.
Cleaned, bandaged, splinted, and monitored. Animals that need movement get open spaces to heal. Those that need quiet get kennels. Recovery is never rushed — the animal’s condition sets the timeline, not a schedule.
02 – Mange and skin disease
Four to six weeks. Sometimes more.
Medicated baths, targeted treatment, consistent nutrition. Mange cases are some of the most dramatic recoveries we see, animals that arrived barely recognisable leave healthy and confident. The process just takes time and patience.
03 — Viruses & Infection
Isolated. Monitored. Given a real chance.
Distemper and parvo hit street animals hardest. Our isolation ward separates infectious cases immediately, specialised protocols for the patient, protection for everyone else in the facility.
04 — Post-Operative Care
Surgery is only half the story.
24-hour monitoring after every procedure. Pain management, wound care, nutrition support. An animal isn’t discharged because a bed is needed — they’re discharged when our vets are confident the recovery is complete.
"No animal should ever be denied care, love, or life."
